QU20326 New 35 Spline 2 Pinion Limited Slip Differential for Ford Sterling 10-1/2" Rear Axles, does not include the A560954 ABS Tone Ring. QU20326 fits 2000-2005 Excursion and 1999-2010 Super Duty F250, F350 single rear wheel trucks with the 5.4L gas V8 engine.

Tech Note 1: Re-Shim
When replacing a differential, it is almost always necessary to reshim the differential to obtain the proper backlash between the ring/pinion gears and to get the correct preload on the differential bearings. The original one piece Cast Iron Shims are pretty easy to break, but they are the best way to go except for the high cost of buying different sizes. What most people do is use a "build-a-shim" shim kit like our QU50788 which allow you to stack thinner shims to get the desired settings
