QU15001 Front 1-5/8" Thread x 2-1/16 Hex Spindle Nut for Jeep & Scout

QU15001 Front Spindle Nut for Jeep and Scout 1-5/8" Thread X 2-1/16 Hex Front Spindle Nut for 1941-1986 Jeep and 1961-1980 IHC Scout. These nuts were used on Scouts to 1980 and most Jeep models except the 1 tons up through 1973. They also fit all 1974-1986 Jeep CJ models.

Tech Note 1: Two Used
Two QU15001 Nuts are used for each side.

Tech Note 2: Fits
Hex Nuts fit Jeep and Scout spindles with 1-5/8" threads and measure 2-1/16" across the flats. Vehicles with Warn Lock-O-Matic Hubs use a special Warn supplied lock washer and outer nut.

Tech Note 3: After Adjustment
After your spindle nuts are properly adjusted, bend a portion of the Lock Washer over one of the flats on the outer Spindle Nut.
