QT1234 Lower & Upper Carli Ball Joint Installer for 2013-up Ram 2500, Ram 3500 4x4 Trucks with Carli Extreme Duty Greaseable Ball Joints. QT1234 is 1-piece, CNC machined, Upper Ball Joint Installation Tool made from a USA produced, high strength, solid steel billet, specifically for 2013-current Ram 3500 and 201-current Ram 2500 4x4s with the American Axle Manufacturing (AAM) AA-9-1/4" 12 Bolt Front Axle with Raduis Arm 3 Link Suspension and Electric Central Axle Disconnect. QT1234 is specifically machined to install Carli TK11486 CS-DBJP-14 Upper and Lower Ball Joint in you big Ram's front axle. QT1234 will not damage your new Carli Ball Joint studs or non-removable seals as the Ball Joints are being pressed into the axle housing C-Yoke. For Upper Ball Joint Installation, use with QT1065M Heavy-Duty C-Frame Press and QT1154 Upper Ball Joint Receiver. For Lower Ball Joint Installation, use withQT1065M Heavy-Duty C-Frame Press and QT1233 Lower Ball Joint Receiver to safely and quickly press in your new Ball Joints. (See Tech Note 1 below for Tool Sets that include QT1234.) Attaches to 7/16" press screw tip on QT1065M C-Frame Press. Black Oxide finish. Made by us here in Montana.
