TK11840 fits all 2019-2022 Ram 3500 Pickup trucks with High Output Cummins Diesel engines and American Axle 12" 14 bolt rear axles. Also fits 2019-2022 Ram 4500 and Ram 5500 trucks with American Axle 12" 14 bolt rear axles. Sold individually. For 3500 High Output, uses 8 each side on 2019-2020 or 12 each side on 2021-2022. For 4500 and 5500, uses 12 each side.
