Tech Note 1: Safety First 
For safety reasons, never reuse wheel bolts (studs). New wheel bolts do not cost very much and they are way cheaper than hospital or funeral bills.

Tech Note 2: Rotor Runout
It is relatively unusual for a big 4x4 brake rotor to have less than the maximum allowable runout and rotor thickness variation once it is assembled to a wheel hub. This is due to manufacturing tolerances of the parts and the pressures exerted on the hub and rotor when pressing in the wheel studs. After assembling your brake rotor to the new hub, the rotor should be checked for thickness variation (0.001" {0.025 mm} maximum) and runout (0.005" {0.127 mm} maximum with 0.003" or less preferred). A rotor that is out of tolerance should be machined with an on-the-vehicle brake lathe if possible or on an accurate bench type brake lathe.

Tech Note 3: 1990
Some early production 1990 DRW W350 4x4 trucks were built with the 1975-1989 style front wheel hub that uses eight 3/8" bolts to retain the Locking Hubs. QU11455 fits those wheel hubs. If you have a 1990 DRW truck with internally splined wheel hubs, see QU11435.
