Tech Note 1: Retaining Ring
The external Hub Retaining Ring (QU20043) is the only thing other than corrosion and grime that keeps your factory hub-lock in the wheel hub. Some of those Hub-Locks can get really stuck and since they have a tapered body, trying to get a good enough grip with your hand can be tough. If you have removed QU20043 ring, and the hub will not come off, this Tool will do the trick.
