TK11113 DRW Rear Wheel Hub 2000-2001 Ram 3500 with Drum Brakes is a new USA made Heavy-Duty Steel rear wheel hub complete with Wheel Studs and Timken Bearing Cups for 2000 and 2001 Ram 3500 Dual Rear Wheel (DRW) Trucks with rear drum brakes. TK11113 fits all 2000-2001 Ram 3500 DRW chassis cab and dually pickup Dana 80 rear axles with 12-1/8" x 3-1/2" Drum Brakes. TK11113 is CNC machined to exacting tolerances from a solid billet of high strength steel for maximum strength and durability under the toughest conditions.

Tech Note 1: DRW Only
We often get requests about converting a Single Rear Wheel (SRW) Rear Axle to a Dual Rear Wheel (DRW). The TK11113 hub ONLY fits 2001-2002 Dual Rear Wheel Rear Axles withe Drum Brakes. The spindle length and inner wheel bearing/wheel seal diameters are different between the SRW and DRW rear axles.

Tech Note 2: Drum Brake Only
For the 2001 model year Dodge offered both drum and disc brake equipped Dana 80 DRW rear axles. TK11113 only fits 2001-2002 Drum Brake equipped DRW axles.

Tech Note 4: Lubrication
The Rear Wheel Bearings and Bearings need to be coated with grease to provide initial lubrication. Also putting a little fresh axle lubricant between the bearing cups is a good idea before you install the hub assembly on the rear axle spindle.

Tech Note 5: Axle Vent
Always check to make sure the axle vent system is clear. A plugged vent will cause axle pressure to build up which can blow out new wheel seals in a hurry.
