TKA10935 Torque King 32 Spline Billet Steel Front Output CV Flange for New Process Transfer Cases premium USA made heavy-duty replacement 1-3/8" x 32 Spline CV Drive Flange made from tough Billet Steel. TKA10935 replace the original front output CV flange used in 1975½-1997 full-size Dodge 4x4 trucks with NP205, NP208, NP241D, NP241DLD, and NP241DHD Transfer Cases PLUS NP208C and NP241C RIGHT Drop Transfer cases in 1981-1991 Chevy and GMC Square Body 1/2 ton and 3/4 ton 4x4s. Includes slinger. Order optional QU10806 Grade 8 Bolts with attached washer to secure driveshaft. Will also fit any other NP205 32 spline fixed yoke shaft. TKA10935.

Tech Note 1: Matching CV Flange Yokes
The matching CV Flange Yokes are: QU40761 (Saginaw S44) QU40131 (Spicer 1330), QU40803 (Spicer 1350), TK41028 (Spicer/NeapcoRam 1410) . For a complete 1350 Double Cardan Constant Velocity Shaft see QU40806.

Tech Note 2: NP205 Cases
For NP205 Transfer Cases use with Seal TK10510 plus TK10513 Spline Seal and QU10512 Nut. To attach the CV Flange to output flange, order 4 QU10806 Bolts.

Tech Note 3: Transfer Cases
TKA10935 directly replaces your square flange front yoke on 1980-1993 Dodge NP205D, 1980-1987 Dodge NP208D, 1988-1993 Dodge NP241D Transfer Cases, 1981-1988 GM NP208C, plus 1988-1991 right drop GM NP241C in GM SQUARE Body style trucks (TK10935 does NOT fit the LEFT Drop NP241C transfer cases used in 1988-1995 GM K series trucks with the aerodynamic body).

Other New Process Applications:
TKA10935 will also fit most 1-3/8" x 32 spline fixed Yoke front or rear output shafts that have a 2" long yoke hole, however we need to know what your application is to recommend the matching seal.
