TK10680 Torque King® Poppet Plug Gasket for New Process Gear Drive Transfer Cases fits all NP200, NP201, and NP205 helical gear drive Transfer Cases plus the chain case on all 1973-1979 New Process NP203 Full Time, chain drive Transfer Cases. Used under each shift poppet plug or shift indicator switch. Precision cut from the correct thickness crush resistant material to provide accurate poppet spring tension. Two of these are included with all our Torque King® complete NP205 gasket and overhaul kits. USA Made. Sold Individually.

Requires two per NP205 case or one per NP203 case.

Tech Note 1: Thickness
Poppet Plug Gaskets are one of those important, but often ignored parts. In addition to sealing between the case and poppet plug or switch, the thickness of these gaskets is critical to maintaining the correct poppet spring pressure. Unlike the soft, cheap gaskets included in typical aftermarket kits, TK10680 Poppet Plug Gaskets are made in the United States from a crush resistant, high quality gasket material to the original NPG thickness.
