The heavy-duty, Dana-Spicer, Model 60 248 Front Beam-Design Iron (FBI) axle was used on all 1994 to 1999 Ram 3500 4x4 1 Ton trucks regardless of engine, and most Ram 2500 trucks. For the 1994-1999 model years, the only Ram 2500/3500 4x4's which did NOT have the Model 60 were some 1994-1997 light duty, gas V8, Ram 2500 trucks with less than 8800 pound Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW). So if you have one of those light duty (usually 7700 lb. GVW) refer to our 1994-1997 Ram 2500 Dana 44 Parts Page.
