TS3077 5-Piece Pro Driveshaft Adapter Tools Set

TS3077 5 Piece Pro Driveshaft Adapter Set makes replacing u-joints on most SUV and light truck applications up to 1-1/2 ton size safe and straight forward. Kit includes QT4009 Press Yoke, QT4010 1" Press Tip, QT4011 1-1/4" Press Tip, QT4015 1-3/8" Anvil, and QT4016 1-1/16" to 1-3/16" capacity Anvil.

*NOTE* QT4008 4-3/16" U-Joint Separator Yoke is NO LONGER included in this kit, please order separately.

Tech Note 1: QT4008
QT4008 is made to work on most popular driveshaft and axle shaft universal joints up to 4-3/16" overall width and cup diameters up to 1-3/16".

Tech Note 2: QT4009
QT4009 is made to work on most 1480 and 1485 series rear driveshaft and front axle shaft universal joints with 1-3/8" cup diameters and up to 4-3/8" overall width. Also can be used on smaller Dana axle universal joints in SUVs, and pickups through 3/4 ton class. Due to the great many yoke styles used over the last 50 years for 1480/1485 series universal joints, you may need to modify the yoke legs with a grinder to fit your specific yoke configuration.

Tech Note 3: QT4010/QT4011
QT4010 is used to press in u-joint cups up to 1-3/16" diameter. QT4011 is used to press in 1-3/8" diameter cups.

Tech Note 4: QT4015
QT4015 is made to work on driveshaft and front axle shaft universal joints with 1-3/8" cup diameters and overall widths up to 4-3/8".

Tech Note 5: QT4016
QT4016 is made to work on most popular driveshaft and axle shaft universal joints having up to 4-3/16" overall width. Handles cup diameters from 1-1/16" and 1-3/16".
