QU10923U Used 13 Tooth 38 Spline Speedometer Drive Gear plastic gear for Dodge 1988-1993 NP241D, 1994-1997 NP231DHD, 1994-1997 NP241DLD NPG Transfer Cases. Also fits 1994-1996 Dodge NP241DHD transfer cases with the small 1-3/8" x 32 Spline Rear Output shafts. Use with two QU10873 Snap Rings.

Tech Note 1: Internal Splines
QU10923 has 38 internal splines. It fits transfer case rear output shafts that have 32 splines for the slip yoke and 38 splines for the oil pump and speedometer gear. QU10923 WILL NOT fit 1996-1997 NP241DHD Transfer Cases with the 1-5/8" x 31 spline rear output shaft.

Tech Note 2: Before Installing
Lubricate the speedometer gear teeth with petroleum jelly to provide initial lubrication.
