QU50505 does NOT fit Dodge NP241DHD transfer cases as the Heavy Duty models use a wider sprocket.

Tech Note 2: DLD/DHD
The New Process NP241DLD Transfer case was the stock transfer case on 1994-2002 Dodge Ram 2500 trucks. The Ram 2500 could also be ordered with the optional NP241DHD transfer case. 1994-2002 Ram 3500 models used the NP241DHD transfer case.
