QK4678 2005-2016 Ford F-250, F-350 Super Duty® Knuckle and Hub Seal Kit with Installer includes the original equipment seals, o-rings, and gaskets that MUST be replaced anytime the axle shafts are removed from your Super Duty® front axle plus one of our heavy-duty TS1530 Knuckle Seal Installers that make knuckle seal installation quick, accurate, and damage free. QK4678 includes: TS1530 Knuckle Seal Installer, 2 QU20052 Knuckle Seals, 2 QU20045 wheel hub to knuckle o-rings, 6 QU20046SC special hub screws, 2 QU20046HG hub gaskets, and 2 QU20181 lockout hub o-rings.

Tech Note 1: Must Replace
Seal, Gasket, and O-Ring replacement is required anytime the axle shaft is removed to prevent vacuum leaks and or water infiltration.
Tech Note 2: To Install
2005 and newer Ford F250, F350 Super Duty® axle shaft to knuckle seals are of a complicated unitized design that is easily damaged without the correct installer. To function with any longevity, QU20052 Seal must be installed with TS1530 Installer to a specific depth on both the axle shaft and in the knuckle. An improperly installed or damaged seal will allow water to enter and vacuum to escape.
