QU40803 1350 Series CV Flange Yoke Assembly for 2003-2013.5 Dodge Ram 4x4 front drive Constant Velocity shafts with U-Joints that have a Cup Diameter of 1-3/16" and an installed U-Joint width of 3-5/8". Some 2003-2004 Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks and most 2005-2011 Ram 2500 and 3500 models use this Flange Yoke if they are equipped with a Spicer type Front CV Shaft. For 2013 Model Year, QU40803 will fit driveshafts that have a serrated front flange yoke. USA Made.

Tech Note 1: U-Joint Size
The universal joint for this yoke will have 1-3/16" (1.0625" 30.18 mm) diameter cups. The overall width of the joint is 3-5/8" (3.625" 92.08 mm). External snap rings are used to retain the U-Joint. Our matching U-Joint part numbers are TK40719 and QU40731.

Tech Note 2: Avoid Break Downs
The 1/2" diameter stud on Ball Stud Tube Yoke (QU40810) MUST be in good shape. If it is not, the bearing rollers contained inside the CV Ball of the QU40803 will either fall out or break apart in short order. Besides having your Ram broke down again, this type of failure is something we can NOT replace under warranty. Another fairly common no warranty problem is to break a needle bearing by inadvertently dislodging one or more needles during assembly and then forcing the yoke into place.
