QU40422 32 Spline 1310 Series NP205, NP203 Transfer Case CV  Yoke for 32 Spline for 1973-1977 Dodge and Ford 1974-1978 NP203, NP205 transfer cases with Spicer type 1310 series front or rear constant velocity driveshafts. Approximate overall length is 3-7/8". Use with either QU50543 1-7/8" ID NP205 standard Output Seal (2 QU50543 Seals recommended for maximum oil retention) OR one TK10517 Premium Double Lip, Double Spring Seal. This 32 spline yoke will fit any NP203 32 spline front output or 32 spline NP205 transfer case front output, rear output or remote input applications. QU40422 was primarily used on Ford and 1974-1975 Dodge applications as a front output yoke, but some Ford models it also used it on the rear output shaft.

Tech Note 1: U-Joint Specs
QU40422 is made for constant velocity joints using external snap ring type universal joints made to Spicer 1310 series dimensional specifications. The u-joint cup diameter is 1-1/16". The overall width is 3-7/32". For u-joints, see TK40720 and QU40769.

Tech Note 3: High Performance Applications
For high performance rear output applications, I recommend you replace your weak original NP205 32 spline rear output shaft with our TK50084 shaft. The redesigned, stronger part which was exclusively used in 1989-1993 Dodge Cummins Diesel Trucks with 5 speed manual transmissions.

    thank you Richard for your help in finding the correct yoke needed to finish this project.I would also like to thanks all of you down in Billings for the Company you have created that allows people like me to find old parts to keep the older trucks on the road and working.the yoke was what Richard said i needed and we are rolling on down the road and that's no yoke.
