QK2016 New Process NP205 1410 Series Rear Output Yoke Kit is a Direct Replacement for all 1989 to 1993 Dodge 4x4 trucks with the Cummins Diesel Engine. QK2016 can be used to upgrade any Chevy, Dodge, Ford, GMC, or International NP205 Transfer Case with 32 spline remote input or front/rear output shafts having smaller series output yokes to couple with beefy 1410 series universal joints.

Tech Note 1: Convert to Remote Input or Front Ouput
To convert QU40711 rear output yoke to a Remote Input or Front Output Yoke, simply add QU20030 Front Yoke Slinger.
Tech Note 2: Matching U-Joints
QU40711 NP205 End Yoke accepts external snap ring type universal joints made to Spicer 1410 series dimensional specifications. The u-joint cup diameter is 1-3/16" and the overall width of the installed universal joint is 4-3/16". Matching universal joints are TK40705 and QU40789.

Tech Note 4: Upgrade Shaft
For high performance rear output applications, I recommend you replace your weak original NP205 32 spline rear output shaft with our TK50084 shaft. The redesigned, stronger part which was exclusively used in 1989-1993 Dodge Cummins Diesel Trucks with 5 speed manual transmissions.

QK2016 1410 REAR OUTPUT YOKE KIT.
So far I am very please with the kit. All the parts seem to be correct and good quality. Everything went in smoothly and my leak seems to be repaired. Of course, time will tell on a repair such as this.
