Tech Note 1: Inspect for Cracking or Wear
Clutch Fork replacement is usually due to wear on the Bearing mounting points or cracking. Replace any Fork that has visible cracking or wear you can feel with your finger nail.

Tech Note 2: Lubricate
Lubricate the contact points for the bearing and the pivot ball socket, with heat and run resistant grease such as S20356 Ultra Disc Brake Lube.

Tech Note 3: Before Removal
Take note of the orientation of your old Fork before removal.
