QT1045 Differential Side Bearing Adjuster Tool for Dodge 9-1/4" Rear Axles is an absolute must have tool for performing any type of rear axle service that requires adjusting or removing/installing the rear differential on Chyrsler Dodge 9-1/4" Rear Axles in 1969 to 2000 Dodge and Plymouth SUVs, pickups, and vans up to light duty 3/4 ton models. The large hex end of this tool fits female hex hole in the side of each differential adjuster.

Tech Note 1: How to Use
QT1045 works by sliding the fat end of the tool through the wheel bearing and down the axle tube until you can engage the adjuster nut.

Tech Note 2: Before Use
Loosen the differential cap bolts, but do not remove the differential bearing caps before using this tool. Once you back off an adjuster, the differential can fall out of the housing.
