This greaseable u-joint is adequate for smaller 4x4s like Jeeps and Broncos with 4 or 6 cylinder engines, but I do not recommend it be used in larger trucks or high performance vehicles with V-8 engines due to the small physical size of 1310 series u-joints. I installed a set of these in my wife's 1978 6-cyl CJ-7 in the early 1980's. They are still in the Jeep which is now owned by our nephew.
