TKA20332 New Torque King® Front Wheel Hub for F250, F350 is a new front wheel hub with Timken® bearing cups installed for 1980-1994 Ford F250 Dana 50 IFS, 1978-1979* F250, F350 with Dana 60 front axle, and 1985-1994 Ford F350 Dana 60 front axles. TKA20332 Hub is 100% USA Made from high-strength nodular cast iron for increased strength over stock. Precision CNC machined. Plated for corrosion protection under durable black finish. Also see TK4215 1980-1994 Hub and Rotor Kit with 9/16" Wheel Studs.
*For use with 1978-1979 you also need 8 QU20357 Wheel Studs

Tech Note 1: About
TKA20332 Front Wheel Hub fits 1980-1994 F-250 Dana 50 IFS and single rear wheel, 1978* and 1979* F-250 and F-350 Dana 60 and single rear wheel, and 1985-1994 F-350 Dana 60 and single rear wheel 4x4 trucks. It differs from TKA4923 Wheel Hub for 1995-1997 Ford Dana 50IFS and Dana 60 front axles by the rotor mounting.
Tech Note 2: New Studs & Runout
For safety, always install NEW wheel studs when assembling the hub and rotor. After assembly, check the rotor brake surfaces for lateral runout. If lateral runout exceeds 0.003", have your hub and rotor resurfaced (preferably with an on-vehicle brake lathe) before placing them in service. Failure to do so may cause brake pedal pulsation during braking.
Tech Note 3: Stud Size
Ford used both 1/2" and 9/16" wheel studs up to 1988. Always verify which size you have before ordering replacements.

excellent material !

f250 4x4 front hub
holes for tire studs were to small. Couldn't seat them even after using 5x rivet gun and chilling them and heating holes. Had to have them machined out larger. Note from Torque King: We always try to find out what caused problems reported by a customer. In this case, the customer never contacted us and he did not reply to our email and phone messages. The bolt holes in TKA20332 are correct for both Ford stock and replacement studs supplied by us. The customer may have used an off-brand of stud, but more likely the problem was his use of a rivet gun to install the studs instead of a shop press. In any case, his report did result in our double-checking all the specs for the hub which is always a good thing!
